To retrieve a stamp, carefully tear the corner of the envelope off. the stamp should have pa[er all around it. if there is a post mark, you may want to include it to show the origin date of the stamp. soak the stamps stuck on the envelope.place them near a window to let them dry thoroughly. do not leave them in direct sunlight. mount the stamps in thee stamps album...
